There is no better time to buy an Android phone these days. Not only you are going to be able to take advantage of Android 2.0, you can also get your hands on phones that are becoming quite comparable to the iPhone. Not everyone is going to want an iPhone. If that is you, Android phones are a good option to consider:

myTouch 3G for Android: myTouch 3G is another top Android phone that has fans of its own. It’s an Internet device, a camera, a GPS, a camcorder, and more. It’s currently available with T-Mobile service.

HTC Droid Eris Phone (Verizon Wireless): not to be confused with the famous Droid, Droid Eris is a great phone to manage every aspect of your life on the go, including your social media life.

Samsung Moment M900 Phone (Sprint): I am a big fan of Verizon wireless service, but if you have a contract with Sprint, Samsung Moment is a nice Android phone to consider. You get Wi-Fi networking (802.11b/g), 3.2-megapixel camera/camcorder, Android 1.5. The battery life could be better though (5.5 hrs).
